In Winter of 2026, I shared with my community my vision of an animist Village in 440 acres outside of Silverton, Oregon. You can read more about this vision here.

Since the Winter, myself and invested others have dreamed into what could be possible there, commissioned a Land Readiness & Strategic Fit Assessment, and explored what kinds of legal avenues are available to us in order to purchase the property.

The support and momentum around this vision have been strong since the beginning, and it feels like the right time to open up to greater discussion, visioning, and involvement. To that end, I’ll be hosting a community call, open to the public, on Tuesday, September 29th.

You’re welcome to join us whether you’ve been part of this journey since the beginning or are just now hearing about it.

This facilitated time together will include:

• Envisioning possibilities around this endeavor (the dreaming is essential to nourishing this seed but can get so lost in the logistical discussion);

• What this dream is showing me at this time, which includes information from the assessment we commissioned and what we currently know about where this project is headed;

• Time to answer questions community members have;

• Invitations into next steps, which could include funding the services of a real estate attorney, contributing to a map of community member skills, engaging in ritual to draw this vision through, and more.
