Rise Up Rooted: Spring Practitioners' Retreat

This gathering is a lightly structured retreat created by and for practitioners who work with the Earth. We welcome space-holders, facilitators, and land/Earth-based practitioners of all kinds. Through facilitated sessions, solo time with the land, and time in circle to share with one another, we'll enjoy a day of reconnection–to ourselves, the Earth, and one another. 

This event is offered at no cost, but registration is required (see link below).

Location: Dragonfly Shelter, Oxbow Regional Park

What to Bring: Your lunch, a snack to share, a mug or thermos, something for our “Abundance Trading Table,” and anything you need to be comfortable for a day outdoors with the land.

10:30: Welcome & Opening Circle

11:15: Session 1 - Megan Hayne; Storytelling

12: Lunch

12:45: Solo time with the land

1:30: Session 2 - Julie Jansen of Earthbody Presence; Connect with your childlike nature in the more-than-human world

2:15: Tea and snack break

2:30: Session 3 - Heather Dorfman; Resting/being held by the land

3:15: Closing Circle & Ritual

4: Final connections, cleaning up, and departure
