Meant for More:
Finding Clarity in Group Coaching
You Don’t Have to Walk this Path Alone
Join the next Clearwater Circle.
Clearwater Circles are spaces of purification and connection for working people who desire to live deeply and in flow with their truest selves.
A Clearwater Circle is a small group of thoughtful professionals like you who are ready to step outside the harsh machine of modern work.
As a community, we move into a process that enables you to reflect, detoxify, and transform within the context of your career.
To be in flow with your deepest self allows you to do work that not only benefits you but that has nourishing ripple effects on the ecosystems around you.
“This Circle has been so good! I love that this process is challenging me to take a different approach to my career and even my life. ”
What’s possible for you and your working life if you were held within a container of total support?
Clearwater Circles Include:
12 facilitated group coaching sessions during which you will discover and honor your inner callings and cultivate connections to other people on a similar path.
A Wild New Work: The Field Guide, which is an extensive workbook that will anchor and lead you in this process. The workbook will be printed and mailed to you.
A 6-month membership to a private group in Cedar Lodge, where you’ll deepen your connections to other Circle members outside of our sessions.
Monthly assessments so that you can notice, appreciate, and build upon your momentum.
“I’ve loved it! I’ve come to really value and enjoy and even look forward to our regular calls, a far cry from the first one when I was really nervous! I’ve also gotten a lot out of the readings and exercises.”
Clearwater Circles Are For You If:
You benefit from hearing and discussing the experiences of others in a guided, facilitated process.
You’re hungry to connect with other people who prioritize their wellness, their service, and the health of the natural world.
You benefit from the rigor of a set, consistent schedule.
It feels more spacious for your budget to pay a lower rate than what the one on one program costs.
Clearwater Circles are safe eddies in which working people can be guided into work that sustains them on both a spiritual and material level.

What You Can Expect from Joining a Clearwater Circle:
You can expect your career to be different by the end of our six months together.
For some people, that has meant new work or a departure from old work. For others, it has meant new ways of working in the same job but with much more ease and potential for growth.
I can’t predict where this path will lead you, but I can say for certain that if you show up and do the work, your life will not look the same as it does now.
“The ground is where fertility lives. Community is where the answers are.”
Clearwater Circles are Rooted in the Reality of These Times
As our planet warms, we see the impacts of capitalism’s exploitative machinations. Toxic rivers, melting glaciers, and unprecedented heat show us the realities of these pivotal times and the preciousness of the ecosystems that we inhabit.
To live without the hydration of meaning and purpose is to risk becoming someone who collapses under the heat of overwork, isolation, and disconnection from a larger sense of self.
Just as the water on this planet is sacred, so too is your right to do work that is as alive and balanced as an animated river. The vastness of the ocean reflects back to you your own inviolability - the fact that you don’t have to be trapped inside of a life or career that feels too small for you.
Renewing our relationship to water is imperative.
The corporate, hierarchical, and scarcity-based workplace is a barren wasteland - a landscape so fraught with overuse and overwork that nothing new or soft can grow.
As we tap into the wellsprings within us and commit to living in the ways that our deeper selves demand, we offer both our inner and outer landscapes the cooling sustenance that they so desperately need.
Questions You May Have:
What’s the time commitment for this program?
To ensure that you get the most out of this program, you should have about one hour each week available for study and about two and a half hours per month for our sessions (totaling about 6.5 hours per month). You’ll also be making changes and integrating your new learning throughout the rest of your days, but that’s not quantifiable.
What if I can’t attend every session?
I ask that each Circle member intend to join us for the entire process, but I understand that we are all complex, busy people! I ask that Circle members commit to attending at least 9 of the 12 sessions. If you know you will need to miss more than three sessions, contact me and we can discuss the options.
What if I invest in this program and it starts to feel like the wrong thing?
I would never coerce you to continue if it feels like the wrong thing. This has never happened in my seven years of coaching, but if you begin the program and change your mind, you can choose to stop. Refunds aren’t provided for completed sessions and the cost of the workbook would be deducted from your investment. A pro-rated amount would be refunded to you.
How does a Clearwater Circle relate to the one on one coaching that you offer?
Both the Clearwater Circles and one on one programs follow the seasonal career development model that I have created, with minor differences between them. Just as the Earth moves through the same seasons each year but with nuances and shifts, this work can be done in recurring cycles or in parallel.
In a Clearwater Circle, your growth is facilitated within a fluid community. As a one on one client, your deep shifts are supported within a firmer and more intimate container. Circle members and one on one clients are encouraged to flow between each offering as they need them.
How does a Clearwater Circle relate to Cedar Lodge?
The Clearwater Circle’s container will be a private space within Cedar Lodge, which is the larger virtual community that I’m so honored to steward. Again, Cedar Lodge members are invited to flow in and out of Circles as they grow and develop over the course of their careers.
Our backgrounds and lived experiences are different. How do I know I’ll feel safe with you?
I know that my experience of work as a white, cisgender, traditionally-educated woman is different than it is for others who bring layered experiences with race, gender identity, class, ability, and more. My unlearning of white supremacy and patriarchy is an ongoing, imperfect process, but one that I am committed to. I always endeavor to create a completely safe and nurturing space for my clients, many of whom are of different sexual orientations, races, and backgrounds than me.
To make meaningful changes in our lives, we need to feel fully seen and appreciated for who we are, and if you ever feel like your experience has been diminished by me (from afar or as a client), I would like to know, take responsibility, and do better. I also understand how powerful it can be to work with a coach who shares your lived experience and am happy to refer you to someone else if you’re in need of coaching but don’t resonate with my program.
