Winter at Work:

Navigate Mystery and Cultivate New Vitality on Your Vocational Journey

Life Always Returns When the Conditions Are Right

Just as the natural world moves through seasonal rhythms, so do our vocational lives.

There are times when we experience lots of growth and activity, and other times when it feels like we have no idea what we're doing.

These periods of emptiness and questioning are normal and are full of potential if we know how to work with them.

In this nature-inspired guide to the season of Winter and how it shows up in our working lives, you'll learn how to tend to your inner soil, attune to the new possibilities that want to sprout in your life, and begin taking action that's deeply aligned for you.

An Excerpt:

While the steady rhythm of the seasons is no longer guaranteed, for the time being, there is still a Winter each year. If you know that you are here - if you feel lost and empty in your working life - there is nothing wrong. This is a primordial experience that is for your benefit. Try not to convince yourself of anything. See if you can just be in the not knowing for a little while, as if a heavy snow has obscured your normal path through the woods. While this obstruction may be scary and frustrating, you’re in luck! A little snow hare has just hopped across your view and is inviting you to follow her tracks to someplace new. Let’s see where she wants to take you.
