A Wild New Work: Navigating Career Transitions as a Highly Sensitive Person

I'm so excited to share this episode with you! I think it will feel really supportive to those of you who identify as Highly Sensitive.

As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I've spent a lot of time beating myself up for being so sensitive to my environment, so easily moved emotionally, and for needing more rest than my peers. But I've learned over the past year that what we shun inside of ourselves is usually where we're the most gifted, and I know this is true for me and other HSPs as well.

In this episode, I cover a lot of information about HSPs and how we can make transitions in our career with less exhaustion, confusion, and inner turmoil. Specifically, I share:

  • What a Highly Sensitive Person is and why career transitions might be hard for someone with this inclination
  • A 6-step career transition process and how an HSP can use their enhanced intuition and sensitivity as a strength
  • Where HSPs can get blocked or burnt out in career transitions and what to do about it
  • Tools that have been particularly helpful to me and other clients as we've navigated career transitions

I hope this episode feels deeply nourishing and validating to you if you're a sensitive person. If it resonates with you, I'd so appreciate you sharing it with others in your community.
